Role

The daily driver. Single-axis gimbal decouples speed from pitch — the airframe scrubs and brakes through the terrain while the camera stays locked on the subject. A shot most stock FPV rigs can’t get. Action-camera grade only; if the brief calls for Netflix-approved bodies, the Sicario picks them up.

Role

Purpose-built for the Z Cam and the RED Komodo. Has also carried the FX3. Cinema bodies are rented per brief — the Sicario is the carrier. Less frequent than the daily driver; the rig is hungry for the brief that justifies the lift.

Role

An 8-inch cinelifter built as a dual-cam rig — an action camera up front and an O4 in the rear, two angles off a single pass. Known around the studio as the “mini Inspire”: not the capability of a full Inspire, but a viable 4K platform when the brief wants coverage without a second flight.

What’s on hand.

No pretense of multi-rig redundancy. Real contingency: rented bodies on hold at the rental house, spare action cameras at the bag, an observer on call.
