Stage 01 · Brief
Listings move on a clock.
Send the listing date and the price point. A flight plan, a window, and a number back inside two business days.
Listing reels and resort plates out of Santa Fe. RAW to your editor; grade and cut quoted as a separate brief.
§ 01 — Use cases · 04 rows
Four working briefs taken on without renegotiation.
Sub-250 (3″) exterior reveal + interior pull-through. Morning and twilight windows scouted and shot; RAW handed to your editor.
Property-wide reveal sequences, amenity coverage, twilight runs. RAW handed off; your edit house white-labels the cut.
Vertical-friendly coverage shot ahead of MLS go-live, so the listing arrives with motion already attached. RAW to your social editor; cut on your timeline.
Exterior coverage of finished new-builds — and, where the brief calls for it, choreographed flythroughs: between buildings, through corridors, in and out of rooms, on a radio cue.
§ 02 — Process · 05 stages
Brief to deliver, on a clock the listing window can hold.
Stage 01 · Brief
Send the listing date and the price point. A flight plan, a window, and a number back inside two business days.
Stage 02 · Scout
In-person scout where the property earns it; satellite + LAANC clearance for the rest. Twilight window confirmed against the actual sun line.
Stage 03 · Fly
Sunrise + sunset on the same property — 90 minutes total air time, sequenced to a shotlist.
Stage 04 · Handoff
Default deliverable is RAW footage, handed to your editor. Grade and cut are quoted as a separate brief if you need them.
Stage 05 · Deliver
RAW lands on your editor’s drive. Format depends on the body — typically H.264 or H.265 off the Mavic 3 Pro for listing reels.
§ 03 — Rigs · 03 of 05 in fleet
Three of the five owned rigs — the frames a real-estate brief actually pulls from.
R1 · DJI Mavic 3 Pro
Hasselblad main · gimbal cinema · doc-grade body
Traditional aerial cinematography. Smooth gimbal work for scenic exteriors and twilight runs — the body most listings actually need.
R2 · Sub-250 (3″)
Sub-250g class · 3″ frame · action-camera payload
Interiors, doorways, low-altitude lifestyle, quiet roof-line passes. Most larger rigs aren’t going to fit through doors safely — this one does.
R3 · Ducted cinewhoop
Prop-guarded · cinema near people · indoor-rated
Indoor flythroughs and choreography near people — occupied properties, model homes, hospitality interiors. Cinema close to bodies without putting anyone in the prop wash.
§ 04 — FAQ · 04 filed
The questions every brokerage asks before they sign.
RAW handoff to your editor; turnaround on a cut depends on your editor’s workflow, not the studio’s. A grade-and-cut package from this side is a separate brief with its own quote and timeline.
RAW handoff is brand-neutral by default — your editor white-labels the cut however your brand requires. A grade package under a white-label arrangement can be quoted separately.
LAANC gets filed on every flight that requires it — typically same-day approval. For controlled airspace LAANC doesn’t cover, direct coordination with the tower. No flight without authorization.
Brokerage handles HOA approval; the FAA side gets handled here. Southwest and Rockies gated communities are the working geography — the protocol is the same everywhere.
§ 06 — Brief · Intake
Send the shape of the project. Two business days back with a rig list, a crew, and a number.
